This notice supplements our Privacy Notice and applies to information that may be treated as consumer health data under certain U.S. state laws.
Consumer health data
Consumer health data may include personal information linked or reasonably linkable to an individual that identifies or permits an inference about past, present or future physical or mental health status. Purchasing or viewing certain personal-care products may, in some circumstances, support an inference about a health interest or condition.
What we collect and why
We do not request medical diagnoses or operate a health assessment tool. We may process product-view, order, return and customer-service information to provide products requested by the customer, fulfill and support orders, maintain records, secure the store, prevent fraud and comply with law.
Sources
Information is obtained directly from customers, from interaction with the storefront and from service providers needed for hosting, checkout, payment, fulfillment, security and customer support.
Disclosure
Information may be disclosed to Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention providers and other vendors only as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, operate the store, maintain security or comply with law. We do not currently sell consumer health data or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention
We retain relevant information only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, support, legal compliance, recordkeeping, security and dispute resolution.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to confirm whether consumer health data is collected or shared, access it, delete it, withdraw consent and appeal a decision. Submit a request to info@neutrogone.shop. We may need to verify your identity.
