These Terms of Use govern access to neutrogone.shop, use of its services and purchases from neutrogone. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and territory

The website is intended for customers in the United States and Canada. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and, when placing an order, be the age of majority where you live.

2. Changes to the website and terms

We may update these terms or modify, suspend or discontinue part of the website when reasonably necessary. Changes will be posted with an updated date and will apply as permitted by law.

Product information and other website content are provided for general informational and shopping purposes. They are not medical or healthcare advice and are not intended for diagnosis or treatment. We try to present accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability. Packaging, colors and appearance may differ from images, and information may change. If an item received is materially different from what was ordered, contact us and follow the Returns & Refunds process.

7. Orders and payment

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may verify information, limit quantities, reject or cancel an order, correct pricing or availability errors, and discontinue products. 8. Shipping, returns and risk

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Information. Returns and refunds are governed by Returns & Refunds. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorization.

10. Electronic communications

When you contact us electronically or place an order, you consent to receive order-related, service and legal communications electronically, subject to applicable law. We do not currently operate promotional email-marketing campaigns.

11. Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics, software and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to their respective owners. Product names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership right is transferred by use of the website.

12. Third-party materials and links

The website may link to or display materials provided by third parties. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Use of a third-party service is subject to its own terms.

We may suspend or terminate access when a user materially violates these terms, engages in fraud or abuse, threatens website security or creates legal risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection available where you live. A court with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes arising from these terms. The store does not designate a different exclusive forum unless one is separately disclosed and legally applicable.

17. Other terms

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the policies linked above, form the agreement concerning use of the website and purchases through it.
