Placing an order
Review the product, quantity, shipping address and payment details before submitting an order. An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed through Shopify and the selected payment provider. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Authorization and verification
Payment authorization or additional verification may be required before an order is accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order when information cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, inventory is unavailable or a pricing or product error is discovered.
Pricing and availability errors
We try to keep prices and availability accurate. If an error is found after payment has been captured and the order is canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact info@neutrogone.shop as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Taxes
Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed through checkout based on the order and delivery information.
